Crest provides CRM, messaging, scheduling, estimating, and AI-assisted communication tools for home-service businesses. You must be 18+ and authorized to act for the business you register.
You're responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
New accounts include a 30-day free trial; no payment method is required to start. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before messaging your customers and for complying with applicable laws (including the TCPA and carrier rules). Crest honors STOP requests automatically, but the sender of record is your business.
AI-generated messages and recommendations are assistive tools. They may be imperfect; you're responsible for reviewing settings and communications sent on your behalf. AI-assisted estimates are preliminary and not a guaranteed price.
You own the customer data you store in Crest. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.
No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use — including spam, harassment, or messaging people who have not consented. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or other customers at risk.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
